We thank all of you who have contacted us about our products, we certainly appreciate your inquires and anxiously hope to be able to fill your orders soon. However, as hard as it may seem, we are still experiencing some significant problems with our recovery from Katrina/Rita. We are working our way through as quickly as we can.

We are especially sorry for delays in returning emails. Our online situation is still spotty down here in "Katrinaland". At this time we are experiencing difficulty with shipping. We are in production, but it may be a few months before we have developed the full capacity to ship our products nationwide as we have done for the past 30 years. Recovery has been much slower in some areas than in others. Please accept our apologies for the delays in returning emails and we hope you will be patient as we continue the process of recovery.
